Our main dining room isn't just about pretty plates and fancy silverware. It's where Executive Chef Marina Kowalski brings together techniques she picked up working kitchens from Tokyo to Copenhagen, then adds her own twist.

Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking downtown Vancouver, constellation-mapped ceiling installations that actually change with the real night sky, and yeah, the food's pretty incredible too. We're talking seasonal ingredients, some grown right here in BC, turned into dishes that'll make you rethink what fine dining means.

Whether you're dropping by for pre-dinner cocktails or settling in for the evening, we've got over 200 spirits, wines from regions you've probably never heard of, and local craft beers on tap. Live jazz on Friday and Saturday nights, no cover charge.
